Top-Works Builders Corporation focuses on modular cabinet products — kitchen cabinets, bedroom closets, TV racks, dividers, tables, and kiosks — alongside glass and aluminum doors, windows, and enclosures. The goal is practical storage and fixtures that fit Philippine homes and small businesses.

Work is planned in three stages: design collaboration to confirm layout and materials, shop fabrication of approved modules, and on-site installation so everything aligns with the room as built.

Our history

The company began as a specialized arm focused on modular cabinets and glass-and-aluminum work. By 2019 it operated independently, and by 2023 expanded with a production facility in Toclong, Kawit, Cavite — consolidating fabrication and headquarters in one location.

Top-Works Builders Corporation specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of modular cabinets and glass-and-aluminum products for homes and businesses across the Philippines. Founded in 2018 in Imus, Cavite, the company grew from a focused workshop into a production facility serving Metro Manila and CALABARZON.
